Because of the physical nature of the game, Rugby Shirts are manufactured using our own ‘Playcool’ Brand, Aqua-Porous ‘Breatheable’ Polyester. This makes for a lightweight yet extremely strong shirt, however if preferred, we can manufacture to high standards, Traditional 100% Cotton Rugby Shirts. We can also provide Rugby Shorts in 100% Cotton Drill.
Additional benefits of our ‘Playcool’ range, include fantastic ‘Shape’ holding properties as well as being ‘Colour-Fast’. Making for shirts that look better and last longer than traditional cotton.
Not only can we manufacter your professional team shirts, we also do all embroidery and screen printing ‘in-house’. This means that we can guarantee the quality of our products throughout the design, manufacter and styling phases. 100% quality is our guarantee.
We can now offer the new Hi-Tech, ‘Plastisol’, rubberised screen print process which is highly durable and extremely long lasting.
